If you fail to meet your goals, you must figure out if it’s laziness or addiction.
Because if you’re being lazy, you need to do more.
And if you’re dealing with an addiction, you need to do less.
For example, you might think you’re not getting enough work done because you’re lazy and think the solution is to work harder.
But the reality is you’re addicted to your phone, which drains you of any motivation to get stuff done.
So, the solution is to fix the addiction. You being lazy isn’t the problem.
